Teams
You do not have to be in a team, but being part of one is fun and makes the race more interesting and enjoyable. You can enter as a member of an OPEN TEAM (any sex and age) in the 8k run, 4k run or 4k walk, or in a PRIMARY SCHOOl or HIGH SCHOOL team (both “students only”).
There must be at least 3 people in each team. Results are determined by the sum of the times for the 3 fastest team members. Every team must have an agreed Team Name and a designated Team Leader.
The online entry system allows each team member to enter and pay the registration fee separately. It also enables more than one person to be registered under a single credit card payment – so you can register all or part of your team in one transaction.

Select event you would like to be part of, i.e. 4km Run
Click ‘Register’
Complete Personal Information
When you get to the bottom of the team select option in ‘Teams’
Select ‘Create New Team’
Select Team Category – Team / Primary School / High School
Choose your Team Name
Create Code – this is optional, but if you create one, people can only join if they have your code
Check the box to agree with the disclaimer.
If you would like to register another person, click ‘ADD ANOTHER REGISTRANT’.
If it is just you, Click ‘CONTINUE’
Follow the rest of the registration process
Join a Team
Option 1: Share the team link with your family and friends, along with the team code you created, and the event you have joined, i.e. 4k Run
Option 2: Go to register: https://maroubrafunrun.com.au/enter-the-run/ and click ‘Register Now’
Select event you would like to be part of, i.e. 4km Run – all team members must be in the same event.
Click ‘Register’
Complete Personal Information
When you get to the bottom of the team select ‘Yes add to another existing team’ in ‘Teams’
Select team from the drop down menu.
If you have created a code, the participant will need to enter the code.
Then follow the registration process.
